How to Make White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions:

  1. Whip cream cheese in a bowl until smooth

  6. Spoon out the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow them to hardened in the fridge.
