White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 175 C/350 F.
- Using a large bowl, combine softened butter with brown sugar and granulated at medium speed until you get creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition Beat in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, soda and salt. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; gradually blend into creamed mixture.
- The Macadamia Nuts, and White Chocolate Chips are then added to the Cooling Cookie.
- Using rounded tablespoons of the dough, drop onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until just golden around edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheets for a few minutes before removing them from the pans.
