How to Make Sugar Cookie Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Frosting (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
- To make the cookies, preheat oven to 350ºF(175°C).
- Stir together softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl, until creamy.

- Add the dry ingredients in two batches to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
