This Eggnog Cheesecake basically takes the flavors of my favorite eggnog ever, and stuffs it into a rich cream cheese dessert. It is warm for the holiday season and can be prepared with great ease. And bonus — it’s a perfect way to use up any leftover eggnog!

How to Make Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened (4)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Instructions Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar and melted butter in a bowl Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a standing mixer, soften the cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar
  4. Stir in the eggnog, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over top of crust in pan.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until firm in the center.
  7. Transfer to a plate and cover with cling film, or store in an air-tight tin.
  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

How to Serve Eggnog Cheesecake
