How to Make Moist & Fluffy Blueberry Cake Donuts
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda with a cinnamon salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl whisk the buttermilk, egg and melted butter together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
- Carefully mix in blueberries.
- Scoop the batter into donut pan; each cavity 2/3 full.
- Continue baking for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and a toothpick tests done.
- Transfer to wire racks and allow all cookies in each pan to cool for several minutes. Enjoy your blueberry donuts!

Air fryer donuts are best hot out of the oven, but they taste amazing any time you get a craving for them! Optionally add powdered sugar for garnish. Serve while plain, or dust with icing to sweeten it further. Great with coffee or a glass of milk.
