Air Fry Perfectly Crispy And Juicy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Pepper to taste (if desired)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil
- Ingredients: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 pound (450g)
Directions:

- Add seasoned chicken breasts to the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 370F (190C) for 10-15 mins. At 4 minutes, get in there to flip them over.
- Use internal meat thermometer to check doneness after 8 minutes. Take the chicken out of frozen air fryer when it reaches between 155F and 160F (68C to 71C. Remember to use the meat thermometer in the thickest part of your babed
- Place the chicken on a plate and let it rest for 5 to ten minutes. This resting period helps the chicken retain its juices and should raise it to a safe temperature of 165F (74C).
