Homemade Twix Bars Recipe

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups flour

  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark or candy coating of choice
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions:

  • The first step is to set a bowl of Chocolate Almond Bark and the oil in your microwave. Take it out for 10 seconds every timeI you stir well until easily smooth.
  • Line a flat tray with parchment paper to prevent the bars from sticking.
  • With two forks , place a bar on fork and dip into chocolate. Using a second fork, drizzle chocolate on top and sides. Scrape the fork or the bottom of a chopstick with another for to remove any extra chocolate. Drop each of the coated bars onto the parchment paper.
  • Do the same with all the bars.
  • Chill the tray in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. After they have hardened you can eat your healthy, homemade Twix Bars!
