How to Make Frozen Caramel Toffee Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert
Ingredients:
- Ice cream (flavor of choice)
- Toffee bits
- Caramel sauce
- Chocolate sandwich cookies
- Whipped cream
- Drizzle chocolate sauce
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
- First, allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature for a few minutes.
- Combine the softened ice cream with toffee bits and caramel sauce in a large bowl.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with half of the chocolate sandwich cookies
- Top the cookie layer with half of the ice cream mixture.
- Repeat with a layer of chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the ice cream.
- Spread the rest of your cookie mixture out, followed by one more layer of ice cream.
- Then, cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze until you have a firm sorbet – 4-6 hours -ect.
