For all the cookie lovers out there that don’t want to turn on their ovens, this is for you. This is an easy quick recipe and you can use your favorite items to make it. And more importantly, it’s a super fun thing to do in the kitchen with your friends or family!

Edible M&M Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Heat-treated AP flour: 1 C
  • 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&M’s

Directions:

  1. Bake Flour: 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes(Optional step to heat treat the flour. Let it cool.
  2. In Numbers 3 and 4, are about Creaming the butter and sugars: beat softened butter in a mixing bowl with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light & fluffy.
  3. Wet Ingredients: Combine the vanilla extract to smooth into milk.
  4. Stir in flour: Slowly add the cooled flour into it.
  5. Fold in Mini M&M’s.
  6. Chill, if desired: You can chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before serving.

How to Serve Edible M&M Cookie Dough

Spoon this delectable cookie dough into individual ramekins or onto a plate. For a special twist, you can scoop it in ice cream cones! I made it more of a party recipe or well just an excuse to eat candy.
