These Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are the best appetizer ever! Great for parties, entertaining or a quiet night in. Mushrooms stuffed with Crab Imperials are so delicious, I dare you to try and eat just one!

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushroom caps
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • Slathered between the cookies1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Bake : oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise ,parmesan cheese,breadcrumbs,rightgarlic a splash of lemon juice,parsley,salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the crab stuffing
  4. Transfer the stuffed mushrooms to a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.
