Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 large mushroom caps
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- Slathered between the cookies1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Bake : oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise ,parmesan cheese,breadcrumbs,rightgarlic a splash of lemon juice,parsley,salt and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the crab stuffing
- Transfer the stuffed mushrooms to a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
