Ingredients:

  • To make the crust you will need:1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
