Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup cold heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Directions
1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off.
6. Pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberries.
