Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • Bite Sized Chickenorgen (I use Breast)
  • Bacon, cut in half
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Pineapple chunks (optional)

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each chicken in a half slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
  3. In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce and brown sugar.
  4. Roll bacon-wrapped chicken through sauce mixture making sure they are fully coated.
  5. Put the bites on a cookie tray, bake at 375 degrees for about or until bacon is crispy and chicken insides are fully cooked.
  6. If desired, place a pineapple chunk on for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve hot and enjoy!
