How to Make Avocado Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
- – 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt or real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for wrapping
- Optional: tomato cherry, coriander or others for garnish
Directions:
- Mix shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), and lime juice together in a bowl.
