Air Fryer Fish Tacos with Creamy Slaw


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound filets of white fish (cut into inch pieces)
  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 8 small low-carb tortillas

Directions:

  1. Using paper towels, dry the fish pieces wellPan of filletsDry season with salt before placing in a bowl In a medium mixing bowl, combine the fish and taco seasoning; toss together to evenly coat.
  2. If desired, line air fryer basket with parchment paper for simpler cleanup. Put the seasoned fish in a basket and air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until it's cooked through properly and flakes apart easily.
