Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Medium head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (8 oz) cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 450°F (232°C) now!
  2. In a food processor or on a box grater, rice the cauliflower.
  3. Cook the riced cauliflower in microwave-safe bowls for 5-6 minutes and let it cool down. Let this allow to cool, then take a clean cloth and press the paneer between it ensure all water is squeezed out.
  4. Add riced cauliflower, egg, cheese, garlic powder onion power Italian seasoning salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.
  5. Remove the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and form into crust.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the edges are brown and golden.
  7. Take out of oven — add toppings and return to the over just until cheese is melted !
  8. Slice and serve.
