How to Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for coating

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder , sugar baking power and salt.
  3. Then add the vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla essence. Quick Mix of All and finely combined.
  4. Let the dough rest in fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. The dough should be scooped into small balls, and then rolled in powdered sugar.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough onto your baking sheet, spaced from each other.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set at the outer edges.
  8. Cool the cookies on baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

How to Serve Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
