How to Make Authentic German Schnitzel

Ingredients:

  • Pork loin or veal cutlets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Hammer the pork thin and uniform.
  2. Salt and pepper both sides.
  3. Dip each piece into the flour, shaking off any excess.
