Healthy Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Lemon juice
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
- Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the lemon juice with the garlic, olive oil and spices into a small bowl (sesame seeds are optional).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then add the salmon fillets.
- Squeeze the lemon garlic mixture over the fillets of salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is flaky with a fork.
- Top with parsley if you like and serve straightaway.
How to Serve Healthy Lemon Garlic Salmon
Remove the salmon from oven, and serve hot. Served with steamed vegetables, rice or salad it is ideal. Top with an extra 1/2 lemon (if it is used in 3), because I love a lot of bright zest and tang!
