Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine
- Shrimp, 1âpound peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tspâof red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- A quarter cup of choppedâfresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese, shreddedâ(optional)
Directions:
- Prepare linguine according toâpackage directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat untilâclothing. SautĂ© for about 1 minute.
