How to Make White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Balls
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
- Whip cream cheese in a bowl until smooth
- Stir in the Confectioners sugar, raspberry puree and vanilla extract.
- Roll that out onto small balls and let it relax for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them down until smooth.
