How to Make Cheesecake Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Melted Unsweetened Butter 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Place your oven to 325°F (160°C)
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press that mixture in the bottom of a spring form pan to make crust.
  3. In a bowl, whip cream cheese until very smooth. Beat and then slowly add sugar till it combines.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs separately at a time.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in springform pan.
  6. Cook for 1 hour or until done in the middle but still very slightly quivery to touch
  7. Pull off from oven and set aside to cool.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until cool, then spread a layer of sour cream over the top.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
