How to Make Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 4 cups peaches, fresh (peeled and diced) or canned
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Bake in the Preheated Oven (175*C)
- Add the peaches and 1/2 cup sugar to a mixing bowl.
- Pour the peaches into a grease baking dish.
- Mix together the flour, remaining sugar and milk in another bowl until smooth then add melted butter mingled with vanilla.
- Either be careful and pour it over the peaches
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake until golden brown, 35-45 minutes.
- Slightly warm, and with ice cream if you like.
