Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Rinse strawberries and hull to remove the green tops.
  2. Place strawberries, banana yogurt (optional), milk and honey to taste if you want it more of a sweet smoothie in the blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Sip on your smoothie and a add sweetener to taste if desired.
  5. Strain in a glass and you are ready to drink it.

Storage: Refrigerate any leftover smoothie in an airtight container. Store it in an airtight container, and it will last for 1-2 days. It might separate over time so be sure to give it a quick stir or shake before drinking.
