How to Make Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Sliced Pineapple (Pack of 12)
  • A few Maraschino cherries, if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Reheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Then you’re ready for making Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
