Flourless Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  4. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
  5. Add cocoa powder, and stir until just incorporated.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and gently level with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. The center will still remain a little wobbly but this is fine, it sets as it cools (and the chocolate in the middle stays gooey and delicious!).
  8. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
