Crispy Grilled Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless skinless cut into 1 inch strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, panko breadcrumbs (Panko is a Japanese bread crumb that makes foods crispy without adding too much grease.), paprika and garlic powder then season with salt pepper. In a second bowl, mix the eggs with milk.
- Dip the chicken strips one at a time into egg mixture and let any excess run off before placing them in flour, coat well.
- Grill chicken tenders over medium heat 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and done.
- Prepare creamy sauce by combining mayonaise, sour cream, dijon mustard,parsley,g arlic salt and some pepper in a rmall bowl.
- Top the plate of grilled chicken tenders and Creamy Dijon Sauce. Serve immediately.
