French Fries with Ketchup & Mayonnaise

Ketchup & Creamy Dipping Sauce Recipe How To Make Crispy French Fries


Ingredients:

  • Fries Ingredients: 2 large potatoes, peeled & cut into thick fry-shaped pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Prep the Fries: In a bowl, mix together fries with olive oil, paprika garlic powder,saltuke pepper. Coat thoroughly in the spice mix making sure all of the fries are evenly covered.
  2. How to Make Baked French Fries: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated potatoes on a baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Sauce: While your fries bake, let us make the creamy sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, parsley and lemon juice along with garlic (I like to use crispy roasted garlic ), salt and black pepper.
  4. Serve: remove the fries from the oven and put them on a plate. Sprinkle some ketchup and whatever creamy sauce you have. Enjoy!
