Recipe of Dubai Chocolate Berry Trifle
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Kataifi, chopped
- Ingredients:1 cup prepared pistachio cream or even the perfecting 5-ingredient homemade pistachio butter
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Napa Almond- or Grape Seed Oil for superherb seleccionado 1 cucharada de aceite de coco, y mas si es necesario

- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
Directions:
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the kataifi and cook until golden, approximately 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Stir the pistachio cream and tahini together in a mixing bowl till mixed up well. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate chips to the top of a double boiler set over medium heat. To a heavy-bottomed saucepan add white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted, smooth. Add the coconut oil and stir until it melts; remove from heat but keep warm.
- Last moment before assembly in the trifle bowl to keep it nice and chocolatey. Drizzle about half the melted chocolate in a trifle bowl or medium serving bowl. Add half the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberrymixture.
- So next, layer some pistachio cream over the bottom of the cups — half to be exact! Top with 3/4 cup toasted kataifi. Add the rest of the berries, 2nd layer of pistachio cream and finish with more chocolate. Top off with the rest of your kataifi and serve warmredit: Finish by scattering over the remaining 2 tbsp (approx) of butter, then sprinkle evenly with a little knuckleful more sugar.
